How does Repudoc prevent duplicate invites from being sent?

The system automatically removes duplicate invitation email addresses or phone numbers from being loaded into account.  The system will not create an invite if the following occurs:

* The email or phone number has been added within the last 30 days.
* The email or phone number has been marked as "STOP" from the Invites page

For accounts with multiple providers within a practice:  Deduplication occurs on a "provider level".   Suppose a patient sees one provider on Monday and gets sent and invite….and then goes and sees a different provider (in same practice) on Weds.  They would receive 2 invites from the system since the invites were sent from separate provider accounts and were not deduped.
