How can I prevent a user who provided a positive public review from receiving future review invites?

Once a customer has provided a review they will no longer be sent future DRIP email or text message invites.
If a customer leaves a positive public review, you may choose to not have them receive ALL future invites.  This unsubscribes the customer from our system and completely prevents a customer who is loaded via CSV or manually from receiving emails or text messages.

To prevent a customer from receiving ALL future invites, click the "STOP" button next to the person's name within the invite page.
