How do I load a CSV file to send bulk invites?

To send multiple invites at once, you will need to upload a CSV file into Repudoc's system. Please download our CSV template by clicking the Bulk Load button on the Invites screen and then click the Download Template link.

Add the following information in the correct columns for each patient: First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, and Email. If you prefer to only send invites via email, leave the phone number cells blank. If you prefer to only send invites via text messages, leave the email cells blank.

The CSV file will be automatically remove duplicates upon loading.  To prevent SPAM to your customers, the system will discard any entries that have already been loaded into the system within the last 30 days.

Any records that are incorrectly formatted will be displayed on screen during load.  Click the Line Number to see details of why that record failed.  These records will NOT be loaded into the system during load.  You should make note of the entries not loaded and load them again manually or using a new CSV file containing only these customers.
