Do reviews I receive from the widget (1 to 5 Stars) appear on the dashboard?

The "soft" review you receive when a customer rates you 1 to 5 Stars on the widget is just a quick indicator of satisfaction. These reviews are not displayed publicly and therefore do not have much value. Repudoc displays the TOTAL number of "soft" reviews on the Dashboard chart as "Repudoc" reviews.

Soft reviews are not counted in the Grand Total or Averages displayed on the top of the Dashboard. This is to prevent the soft reviews from skewing actual public facing review information.

You will see soft reviews with 1 to 3 stars that contain a text response shown on the dashboard and highlighted with an orange alert triangle. These responses are private and only visible to you within the Repudoc system.
