Yes. In the Reviews section, you will find the Add Note button on the right-hand side of each review. Click it and a text box will appear allowing you to type in any notes you would like for that particular review. Click Save. You can now see the note by clicking on the review again. Multiple notes may also be added to any review you'd like.
