Can I forward a review to a Provider?

Yes. In the Reviews section, click on the review that you would like to forward. The Forward button will appear on the right-hand side. Click it and a pop-up will appear allowing you to enter an email address and note to the person you are forwarding to.

The recipient will immediately receive an email with a subject line regarding the review, the note you left them and the contents of the review.

Can I add notes to a review? Do reviews I receive from the widget (1 to 5 Stars) appear on the dashboard? Request to have Provider contact Patient after a low-value review.
