Supported Payload Formats
We accept JSON (preferred) or XML webhook payloads. Please provide a sample of the expected format so we can tailor our handler accordingly.

Webhook Setup & Authentication
To enable real-time webhook processing:

• We will create a secure HTTPS REST endpoint that accepts your webhook POST requests.

• Authentication will be enforced via a custom header. The preferred format is:
  X-Custom-Header:your_auth_token (no spaces in the header name or value).

• Once activated, this endpoint will receive event updates for all businesses within the designated business group.

• Use the provided API key or token to authenticate outbound requests to our API if needed.
