What does the Warning Triangle symbol mean?

This symbol means that a 1, 2 or 3-star review has been submitted and it needs your attention. You will see this symbol appear next to a Provider's name in the Provider list or in the recent reviews section of the Dashboard and also in the Reviews section. Once the review containing this symbol is clicked on in either the Dashboard or Reviews section, the symbol is hidden and it is assumed that the appropriate action to manage the poor review has or will be taken.
